    Anchor=[curtains] Maximum Weight

    The maximum weight per curtain we can handle is around 50 kilos including all materials, linings, hooks and trimmings.

    Maximum Size

    The maximum drop or curtain height that is practical for us to make in our workshop is around 6 metres (approx 20 feet) long or a heading width of 20 metres but not both at the same time as this would probably exceed maximum weight.

    Purpose

    The primary purpose of curtains can be: exterior light reduction, noise reduction, heat loss reduction, draught exclusion, privacy, security, purely decorative, or any combination of these.

    Types

    Curtains can be grouped in many ways e.g.:
     Dress Curtains:
      which are static usually just for show.
     Draw Curtains:
      which are drawable by hand, by pull
      cord or by electric motor.
